The ancient ginko biloba. These trees have been used for thousands of years medicinally for brain health and longevity and the nuts are edible and delicious as well. Only female trees will produce fruit and nuts (the seed inside the fruit). The fruit can be quite unpleasant smelling so this might be one to plant further from the house. Seedlings are unsexed so it is usually a 50/50 split between male and female trees. The leaves are a beautiful and unique fan shape and turn the most brilliant yellow in the fall. Not bothered by pests or disease.
